販売価格Price 各体験のページおよび予約フォームに表示します。いずれも消費税込み・日本円です。
  • Private Noh Theatre Experience
    ¥68,000（1〜15名の1組あたり） ¥68,000 per group of 1–15 guests
  • Hands-On Yakitori Experience
    ¥60,000（3名まで）＋ 4名目以降お1人につき ¥7,000（最大10名＝¥109,000） ¥60,000 for up to 3 guests, plus ¥7,000 per additional guest (max 10 guests = ¥109,000)
  • Shimanami Short Cycling
    お一人様¥15,000（5〜15名）／お一人様¥14,000（16〜30名） ¥15,000 per person (5–15 guests) / ¥14,000 per person (16–30 guests)
商品代金以外の必要料金Additional fees 当社が申し受ける手数料・送料はありません。以下はお客様のご負担となります。
  • 会場までの往復の交通費・駐車料金、宿泊費
  • 体験に含まれない飲食（アルコール類など、現地で別途お支払い）
  • 海外発行カードをご利用の場合の為替レート差・海外事務手数料（カード発行会社の定めによります）
We charge no booking fee and no shipping fee. Travel to and from the venue, parking, accommodation, food and drinks not included in the experience, and any foreign-exchange or overseas handling fees charged by your card issuer are payable by the guest.
支払方法Payment method クレジットカード（Stripe社の決済ページ経由）。当社がカード情報を受け取ることはありません。 Credit card, via a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. We never receive your card details.
支払時期Payment timing 前払いです。予約リクエストの時点では請求しません。日程確定後に決済リンクをメールでお送りしますので、 メール送信から5日以内（体験日が近い場合は体験日の前日まで）にお支払いください。 ご入金の確認をもって予約成立となります。 Payment is made in advance. Nothing is charged when you submit a request. Once the date is confirmed we email you a payment link; payment is due within 5 days of that email (or by the day before the experience, if that comes sooner). The booking is complete when we receive payment.
役務の提供時期When the service is provided 予約確定メールに記載した日時に、会場にて提供します。所要時間は体験ごとに Private Noh Theatre Experience＝約90分／Hands-On Yakitori Experience＝約100分／Shimanami Short Cycling＝約90分 です。 At the venue, on the date and time stated in your confirmation email.

Shimanami Short Cycling：体験ご希望日の14日前まで
それ以降の日程はお申し込みいただけません。 Private Noh Theatre Experience: up to 7 days before the preferred date / Hands-On Yakitori Experience: up to 7 days before the preferred date / Shimanami Short Cycling: up to 14 days before the preferred date.

お客様都合によるキャンセルCancellation by the guest 役務（体験）の提供のため、商品の返品にあたる制度はありません。キャンセル料は体験代金に対して商品ごとに下記のとおりです。

■ 能楽体験・焼き鳥体験

取消日 キャンセル料
体験日の7日前まで無料
体験日の6〜3日前代金の50%
体験日の2日前〜当日・無連絡不参加代金の100%

■ しまなみ海道ショートサイクリング

取消日 キャンセル料
ツアー日の10日前まで無料
ツアー日の9〜4日前代金の20%
ツアー日の3〜2日前代金の30%
ツアー日の前日代金の50%
当日・無連絡不参加代金の100%

日数は日本時間で数え、体験日当日は含みません。取消のご連絡は予約確定メールへの返信でお願いします。 お支払い済みの場合、キャンセル料を差し引いた残額を決済に使用されたクレジットカードへ返金します （当社での手続き後、カード会社の処理により通常5〜10営業日程度で反映されます）。返金にかかる手数料はいただきません。

Noh & yakitori experiences: free of charge up to 7 days before; 50% from 6 to 3 days before; 100% from 2 days before, on the day, or for a no-show. Shimanami cycling tour: free up to 10 days before; 20% from 9–4 days before; 30% from 3–2 days before; 50% the day before; 100% on the day or for a no-show. Days are counted in Japan Standard Time, excluding the day of the experience. Refunds are returned to the card used for payment, normally within 5–10 business days. We charge no refund handling fee.
当社都合による中止Cancellation by us 演者・講師の急病、自然災害その他やむを得ない事情により実施できない場合は、代替日をご案内するか、 お支払いいただいた全額を返金します。会場までの交通費・宿泊費など、それ以外の費用は補償いたしかねます。 If we must cancel, we offer an alternative date or a full refund. We cannot compensate other costs such as transport or accommodation.
準拠法・言語Governing law and language 本表記および当社との取引には日本法が適用されます。日本語を正文とします。 Japanese law applies. The Japanese text prevails.

本サービスは旅行業法に基づく旅行業務として提供します。ご予約にあたっては、上記のほか ご予約条件・キャンセルポリシー および当社旅行業約款が適用され、法令に基づく取引条件の説明・書面の交付を行います。旅行業約款は営業所に備え置いています。 These experiences are provided as travel services under Japan's Travel Agency Act. Our booking terms and our registered travel agency conditions also apply; the full conditions are available for inspection at our office.
